Overview
As a Loan Operation Associate you will work closely with your team and the many businesses you will support. You will review applicable documents and build the transactions into the loans platform system to support the ongoing lifecycle management of the loan. Loan Operations Associates develop a holistic understanding of the entire loan and work with a multitude of partners to ensure accuracy and communication needs are met throughout the entire operations process.

• Prepare various types of reports to management including metrics and business as usual related activities
• Own the delivery of various small ad hoc projects such as process improvement projects that ensure Operational efficiency
• Document Key Operating Procedures (policies and procedures) ensuring comprehensive final version that includes concise verbiage and consistent format as well as ensuring compliance to policies and control requirements
• Prepare and deliver digestible information to management that supports improvement of processes and operating environment
• Support WM initiatives including assisting in end-to-end reviews and transformation/agile initiatives Skills You'll Need
• Moderate experience in Lending Ops-related role within the financial services industry or a relevant degree in finance, economics, or accounting
• Experience with loan systems (LS2), familiarity with credit agreements and/or loan terms
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Communicate effectively with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner, both written and orally with numerous parties including Front Office, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and vendors Skills That Will Help You Excel
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze financial metrics
• Proven experience with direct reports and leading the team to improved success. Adaptable and flexible coaching style which takes into account the needs and learning styles of a diverse team
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization. Attention to detail and strong team collaboration skills. Adept at multi-tasking and time management
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Ability to accurately interpret and follow policies, procedures, and regulations
• Strong detail-orientation and attention to accuracy Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $70,000 to $100,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
